Each bowl is graced with a scene inspired by the legendary Angelica Kauffman, one of the most famous female painters of the 18th century. Though she was a founding member of the Royal Academy in London, her romantic, "Neoclassical" style became so beloved that it traveled across the seas and through time, eventually landing right in the center of your table!

These treasures tell a story of European craftsmanship from a very specific slice of history.
 
🕊️ They were hand-crafted in Czechoslovakia, specifically marked by White Block (the vibrant red sunburst stamp) and the GB Czechoslovakia green heart mark.🏺
 
🕊️ Based on the backstamps, this set likely hails from the mid-20th century (roughly the 1930s to the 1950s). This was a time when Czechoslovakian porcelain was world-renowned for its translucent quality and Old World charm. 🏰✨
 
🕊️ Known for their delicate "blank" porcelain (hence the name "White Block"), this company specialized in taking high-quality ceramic shapes and dressing them up in the finest transfer-ware art and hand-applied gold trim. 
 
 
This four piece set is in pristine condition with hand painted Gilt.
