Thank you so much for visiting Velvet Lady Vintage. Each treasure in the collection is chosen with great care, and it is my hope that your order arrives safely and brings a little beauty into your world.

If you wish to request a return, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your item. Returned treasures must be unused, in the same condition in which they arrived, and sent back in their original packaging.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, unless an item arrives damaged or not as described.

Once the item is received, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within seven business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Many items in the collection are vintage or antique treasures and may show gentle signs of age, time, or handmade character. These details are part of what makes each treasure special and are always described as clearly and thoughtfully as possible within each listing.
