The Sunset Starburst Cream & Sugar Set 🌅

 
This vibrant duo looks like they were forged in the heart of a 1950s summer sunset. 🌅✨
 
🌅 These are dressed in a spectacularly bold shade of "persimmon" or "tangerine" orange. It’s a hue so vibrant it could wake up the sleepiest breakfast table in all of Australia.
 
🌅 These aren't just plain glass; they are made of architectural "Opaque Glass" (often called milk glass), which gives them that solid, glow-from-within look.
 
🌅 If you peak at their bottoms, you'll see a magnificent starburst pattern pressed into the glass, like a hidden secret meant only for the person doing the washing up! ☀️🧼
 
🌅 The starburst pattern you see on the base is the signature of the Hazel-Atlas Glass Company.
 
🌅 These sets were produced primarily between 1940 and the early 1950s. Which was the era of "Fire King" Style. They were designed to be sturdy enough for everyday use but whimsical enough to make cupboards look like a jewelled box of lollies.. Because they are so architectural and solid, many have survived the journey to Australia, where they look just as magnificent under the southern sun as they did in a 1940s kitchen.
